KRU Masterclass is the streaming platform that makes it possible for anyone to learn or experience to hundreds of video lessons taught by 20+ of the industry player.

What is included in a KRU Masterclass membership?

Membership includes access to an incredible catalog of 10+ classes taught by the industry’s best on business, filming, directing, editing and more.

Each class includes around 20 video lessons that are 10 minutes long on average, along with an in-depth workbook. You also get access to our offline, our member’s only newsletter, and our dynamic community of members around the world.

Where can I watch?

With KRU Masterclass, you can learn and be inspired anytime, anywhere, including your smartphone, and personal computer. You can even download your favorite lessons and watch on the plane or listen during your commute in audio-only mode.

Which classes are right for me?

KRU Masterclass offers 20+ classes accross a variety of categories, including digital industry and creative industry. Every class has been designed to be accessible for people with little no experience and advanced students alike. With new classes launching regularly, you can learn practical skills, ignite new passions, and get everyday wisdom.

Pricing & Payment

How much does KRU Masterclass cost?

The annual membership is RM1200.00 and provides unlimited access to all classes and new classes as they launch. All Masterclass memberships include access to our high definition videos, & downloadable resources.

Why was I charged after my trial?

Our trial offering is a great opportunity for new members to enjoy KRU Masterclass Premium prior to becoming a paid member. Once your trial period ends, you will be charged either a monthly or annual fee, depending on the membership plan you selected when signing up.

If you do not wish to become a paid member after your trial, you can cancel your subscription by visiting the Payments page under your Account Settings.

Note: KRU Masterclass is not able to cancel, refund, or manage subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play Store. If you subscribed to KRU Masterclass from our iOS or Android app, please contact the app store directly with questions about billing, cancelations, or refunds.

Does KRU Masterclass offer financial assistance?

As part of our mission to provide universal access to high-quality learning, KRU Masterclass currently offers scholarships to support those in need of financial assistance:

B40 Student Scholarship: Get 50% off a Premium Membership with a valid strong documents.

Yayasan KRU Scholarship: For every annual Premium Membership purchased, we donate one to those in financial need.

Can I get a refund for my Premium Membership payment?

KRU Masterclass offers refunds for annual Premium membership payments if you contact us within 7 days after the charge has been processed.

We follow these refund policies:

We only allow one refund per customer.
We don’t offer refunds for annual memberships after 7 days of the charge.
We don’t offer refunds for monthly memberships.

Note: If a refund is processed, it can take up to 14 business days to appear on the original form of payment.

If you’d like to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges, it will depend on how you originally subscribed. You can view our guide here for more information.
