Course Overview

Well-written business correspondence is the hallmark of good communication. Written communication like letters, emails and others require a well-thought-out plan and appropriate word choice to accurately convey the message in the right tone.

Since writing is primarily for communication, one needs to constantly keep the readers in mind. Faced with such demands, the underlying mechanics of good writing is of utmost importance, as they are often the base from where decisions are made.

Day 1

Module 1: The Basic Of English Writing

  • Words in use-synonyms
  • Collocation
  • Words and phrases to express opinions, views, conclusions, etc.
  • Coherence & Paragraphing
  • Dictionary skills

Day 2

Module 2: Business Writing

  • Memos
  • Email and letters
  • Useful phrases
  • Conveying strong emotions
  • Writing with impact


A preparation workshop of 2 hours to guide learners on the linguaskill speaking module.

Language Proficiency Test

Participants sit for Linguaskill Business – Speaking module to evaluate their proficiency and skills.
